Terms & Conditions

• "Platform" refers to the Gradbala website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User" means any person who creates an account, whether as a Student, Writer, or Admin.
• "Student" refers to users who post assignments and hire writers.
• "Writer" refers to verified users who bid on assignments and deliver completed work.
• "Assignment" means any project, task, or work posted by a Student.
• "Bid" or "Offer" means a proposal submitted by a Writer to complete an Assignment.
• "Delivery" refers to the completed work submitted by a Writer to a Student.
• "Unique ID" means the anonymized identifier assigned to each user (e.g., "Student #12345").
• "Admin" refers to Gradbala staff who moderate the platform and verify writers.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gradbala. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Types

• Students: Can post assignments, review bids, hire writers, and make payments
• Writers: Must complete ID verification with Admin, can bid on assignments, deliver work, and receive payments
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or pose security risks. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

What Stays Anonymous

• Real names are never displayed to other users
• Users interact only through Unique IDs (e.g., "Writer #67890")
• Location, contact details, and personal information remain private
• Chat messages are encrypted and visible only to participants
• Payment information is processed securely and never shared

Writer Verification

Writers must verify their identity with Admin by submitting government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.). This information is confidential and never disclosed to Students or other Writers. Verification is required to maintain platform trust and security.

Prohibited Sharing

• Sharing real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles
• Requesting or providing personal contact information
• Attempting to identify other users
• Sharing verification documents with anyone except Admin

Payment Methods

• Students pay via secure Stripe checkout with available payment methods
• All payments are processed securely through the platform
• Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited
• Payment must be made upfront when accepting a Writer's bid

Platform Fees

Gradbala charges Writers a service fee based on their level:

• Level 1 Writers: 30% of assignment amount
• Level 2 Writers: 20% of assignment amount
• Level 3 Writers: 15% of assignment amount
• Students pay no fees (100% of their payment goes to escrow)

Payout Schedule

Writers can withdraw earnings according to their level:

• Level 1: Funds available 15 days after delivery acceptance
• Level 2: Funds available 7 days after delivery acceptance
• Level 3: Funds available 3 days after delivery acceptance

Contact Information Sharing

• Sharing email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles
• Requesting personal contact information from other users
• Attempting to circumvent the platform for direct communication

Off-Platform Transactions

• Arranging payments outside the Gradbala platform
• Soliciting business for external services
• Directing users to competitor platforms

Fraud & Deception

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Submitting fraudulent bids or inflated qualifications
• Delivering plagiarized or stolen work
• Manipulating ratings or reviews
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse

No Warranty

Gradbala is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of work delivered through the platform
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security or privacy of communications
• Compliance with academic integrity policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradbala shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the platform
• Amount exceeding fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute
